After deciding that you want to lead a company as a young CEO, you’ll need to find funding. Hear from searchers who've taken different approaches to financing - from tapping traditional investors, accelerators, banks and more - to make their dream a reality.

Learn from searchers who've successfully navigated the ambiguous process known as “search.”  We dive into the specifics of how they ran their operation and how each tactic took them one step closer to becoming a CEO.

SESSION III: LEADING AS A YOUNG CEO

 

Current and former search fund entrepreneurs share their stories and discuss transitioning to the role of owner and leader of a company. We discuss the challenges and obstacles of leading a business and strategies for success.

Session IV: Building a Sales Team

 

Hear from an MIT professor on how to think about personal sales as well as building out a strong sales team. Searchers will then share some of their own experience and learnings that they had.
